This notice explains how Numar Health handles information submitted through numarhealth.com, the contact form, chat, voice concierge, and direct contact links.

Who we are

Numar Health is a concierge service for arranging consultations, communication, and medical travel logistics. Numar Health does not provide emergency care, medical diagnosis, or treatment online.

The legal controller details are to be confirmed before launch and should include the registered entity name, address, registration number, and privacy contact email.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, preferred service, message, language, lead source, and the date/time of your request.

If call recording is enabled, audio is recorded only after you actively consent in the voice interface. We may also keep a call transcript, technical events, duration, status, and estimated operational cost.

We do not ask you to upload medical records through the public form. If you voluntarily include health-related details in a message, we use them only to understand your request and arrange the next consultation step.

Why we use it

We use submitted information to respond to your request, organize a consultation, coordinate travel/logistics, prevent misuse, and keep an operational record of the inquiry.

We do not use contact details for newsletters or marketing campaigns unless a separate optional marketing consent is added and accepted.

Who may receive it

Your request may be processed by Numar Health staff, hosting and database providers, Telegram for internal lead notifications, OpenAI for text chat responses, xAI for voice concierge sessions, and direct communication providers such as email, WhatsApp, or Instagram when you use those channels.

Where required, Numar Health should keep appropriate processor agreements and transfer safeguards with service providers.

Retention and your rights

Lead records should be kept only as long as needed for the inquiry and service relationship. A practical default is 24 months after the last meaningful contact unless a legal or operational reason requires a different period.

Voice audio is retained for up to 7 days by default and may be deleted earlier by an authorized administrator. Deleting audio does not automatically remove the operational transcript and audit record.

When the chat privacy checkbox is accepted, the complete current chat, including messages sent before consent in that session, may be retained for up to 90 days for operational review and analysis.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of your data by contacting the privacy email listed by the controller.
