We do not load Meta Pixel or send Meta Conversions API marketing events unless the visitor accepts marketing cookies.

If accepted, Meta may receive page, contact, and lead events plus technical attribution data such as UTM parameters, referrer, _fbp, _fbc, IP address, and user agent. We do not send chat transcripts, voice transcripts, diagnoses, symptoms, medical files, photos, test results, or medical notes to Meta.

The site may also use local browser storage to remember consent choices, install-banner dismissal, browser/service-worker cache for performance, and technical storage needed for the site to work.

The marketing consent banner provides Accept, Reject, and Details choices. Reject keeps Meta tracking disabled.

If additional non-essential analytics, advertising pixels, remarketing tags, heatmaps, or similar technologies are added later, they must also be blocked until the visitor chooses Accept or manages settings.
