Is Numar Health a clinic?

No. We are a medical concierge, not a clinic and not an employer of doctors. We coordinate with accredited private clinics in Yerevan and organise everything around your medical journey.

How do I start?

How much does treatment cost?

Accepted Answer

Each direction has confirmed public starting prices. Dentistry: implants from 460 EUR, veneers from 280 EUR, crowns from 280 EUR. Plastic surgery: rhinoplasty 2,200 EUR, breast augmentation 3,500–6,000 EUR, blepharoplasty from 1,000 EUR. Check-up packages: 310–620 EUR, cardiology 350 EUR. An exact quote is prepared individually after consultation.

Do your prices include hotel and transfers?

We organise accommodation, airport transfers, and local coordination for every patient. The exact composition of the package depends on the chosen procedure and treatment plan.

Why is treatment in Armenia so much cheaper than in Europe or the US?

Armenia's cost structure — facilities, staff, and operations — is significantly lower than in Western Europe, the UK, and the US. Depending on the procedure, treatment in Armenia can cost 40–70% less while maintaining European-grade equipment and internationally trained specialists.

How long does a typical medical trip take?

It depends on the procedure. First, you have a free consultation with a doctor — that's where the treatment plan is formed. The whole trip is then built around that plan: dates, length of stay, and logistics. Dentistry can often be completed in one short trip. Check-ups take one to two days with results within 24–48 hours. For spine & joints, the process starts with a free document review before any travel decision.

What about the language barrier?

Our team and partner clinics speak Russian, English, and Armenian. A local coordinator accompanies you throughout the journey, so there is no language barrier at consultations, clinics, or daily logistics.

Do you organise the entire journey?

Yes. We organise consultation, clinic and specialist coordination, treatment plan, hotel, airport transfers, and local support. By default, our team stays in touch throughout the journey and solves any issues that come up. If you need a personal companion with you at all times, that's possible for an additional fee and is not part of the standard package.

What happens after I return home?

Follow-up support is part of our service — a coordinator stays in touch after your return to help with questions about recovery, documents, and next steps. For complex treatments like full-mouth rehabilitation or plastic surgery, recovery timeline and post-treatment contact are coordinated individually with the clinic.

What we can guarantee is qualified clinic coordination, a structured treatment plan, and full logistical support. The treatment decision itself is always made by a doctor after consultation.

Why is the spine & joints consultation paid when other directions are free?

Spine & joints is a highly specialised direction: German-developed regenerative methodology, narrow circle of world-class specialists. The process is two-stage. First stage is free: you send your medical documents, the German team reviews them and gives a preliminary conclusion. If the method may fit, the second stage is a paid professor consultation — 250 EUR — where the case is analysed in detail and the treatment plan is formed. Procedure prices are set individually after this consultation.

What if I have a medical emergency?

Numar Health is a concierge service, not an emergency care provider. If you have an acute medical situation, contact emergency services locally. Our role is to plan and coordinate scheduled treatment and check-ups with partner clinics — not to react to urgent conditions.
